Cook ve wmf’inki arasinda kaldim ama onun haznesi cok kucuk oldugu ve evde bir dondurma canavari oldugu icin nispeten az yorum olmasina ragmen cook’ta karar kildim. İyi ki bunu almisim, 3 kisilik bir aile icin oldukca yeterli bence. Ayni anda birkac cesit dondurma yapabilmek icin eger yedek haznesi varsa ondan da mutlaka alacagim. Bol sutlu, iceriginde ne oldugunu bildigim dondurma yapabilmek cok cok iyi oldu ✌🏻 Siparisim 15 gunde geldi. İlk dondurma yapisimda ust kapagi tam kapatmamisim, kablosu dolandi 10 dk’de kapatmis olmama ragmen krema kivaminda bir dondurma oldu. İkincisi cok daha iyi oldu tabi. Ben su sekilde yaptim dondurmayi 3 bardak sut - 600 ml 3/4 bardak seker - 150 g gibi sanirim ama bence sekeri fazla oldu. Bir dahakine daha az koyacagim 1 tatli kasigi saf salep - toz olanlardan. Ocakta kaynayana kadar bu karisimi pisirdim. Muhallebi kivamina geldikten sonra sogumasini bekledim ve 12-14 saat sonra buzluktan cikardigim hazneye makine calisirken doldurdum. Makine karistirmaya devam ederken 2 paket toz vanilya ekledim. Acelem oldugu icin 30 dk’ye ayarladim. Son 10 dakikasinda cikolata parcaciklari eklemek istemistim ama ekler eklemez donen bolumu takilmaya basladigi icin kapattim. Yaklasik 22-23 dakika karisti diye dusunebilirsiniz. Bu surede bir kismi tam kivaminda bir kismi ise hafif krema kivaminda bir dondurma oldu. Cok lezzetli, maras usulu gibi uzayan bir dondurma icin bence bu tarif oldukca yeterli. Sadece suresini biraz daha uzatmak iyi olabilir, belki 40 dk. Bence tek olumsuz yani ic haznesinin cok cabuk cizilmesi. İlkinde celik kasikla dondurmayi aldigim icin cizilince ikinci yapisimda silikon spatula kullandim ama tabi tum dondurmayi almak icin yeterince sert olmadigi icin yine celik kasik kullanmak zorunda kaldim. Cizmeden tum dondurmayi almak icin ne kullanilabilir bilemiyorum. Onun disinda gayet guzel bir makine. Bir de dondurma karisiminizi mutlaka makine calisirken koymalisiniz, yoksa dondurmaniz hemen donacagi icin makineye zarar verebilirsiniz.
