It's like sweet rose water in a gel form.Since I like Turkish delight with nuts, I decided to put one of these squares along with a couple of whole almonds in my mouth. Oh my goodness! It is very sweet too. I would eat slowly and little bit because the sweetness might become unbearable. The texture is quite nice. It's soft, not hard and not super sticky. After opening, there's no seal or tab to close the lid. It doesn't even close all the way. But I'm okay with it.
