Is this one of those really stiff spatulas, or does it have give?** A: The rubber is fairly pliable, not as pliable as a rubbermaid. The rubber is much thicker than the rubber on a rubbermaid. I have used mine to make scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan; I do use some olive oil in the pan, first. **Q: can it be use properly and comfortably by a left-handed person?** A: Yes, it is a great product and works very well.
