You’re better off getting yourself your own nice leather band. Watch is nice but the band looks very cheap. **Q: Hi, how do you replace the battery? The watch's battery doesn't seem to work, it may be dead battery on arrival.** A: I am not a native english speaker so bear with me. Remember to be gentle, don't use unnecessary force. I opened mine with a small flat head screwdriver. I pried it in one corner where the screwdriver happened to fit. Pry it little by little while going around the edges. Once the bezel is open, you will find a plastic gasket-like covering on top of the watch mechanism. REMEMBER THE POSITION of the plastic gasket before removing it carefully. No force is needed; it is just lying on top of the mechanism. Once the plastic gasket is off, you can see that the battery is held in place by a small latch. Push that latch outwards just enough to release the battery.
