It can absorb and hold up water and become a thick, viscous compound that plays a role in digestion and gut health Ingredients Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Psyllium Husk 10:1 Extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Lactobacillus acidophilus Directions Take 2 capsules per day with a full glass of water. Safety Warning Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Not suitable for persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children at all times. Do not use if seal is broken or damaged. Review: No strong after taste - I’ve been using this fibre supplement for a few weeks now and overall I’m really pleased with the results. The combination of psyllium husk and acidophilus seems to work well together to support digestion and keep things regular. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste or aftertaste, which makes them much more convenient than powders. Since starting them, I’ve noticed improved digestive comfort and more regular bowel movements, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also like that it includes probiotics (acidophilus), as it feels like it’s helping not just with fibre intake but also supporting gut health more broadly. The only downside is that, like most fibre supplements, you need to take them consistently and drink plenty of water for them to be effective. It’s not an instant fix, and results build gradually over time. Overall, a good quality, easy-to-use supplement that does what it claims. I would recommend it for anyone looking to increase their daily fibre intake and support digestive health 👍 Review: Fibre supplement 4000mg Psyllium Husk works very well for Gallbladder problems. - Excellent product higly recommended.Value for money. ## Features - FIBRE SUPPLEMENT – Fibre is essential for our gut to work properly. It feeds the good bacteria in the large intestine, which helps have a diverse and healthy microbiome (range of gut bacteria). Each of our fibre supplements serving of two psyllium husks capsules contains 2000mg from a high strength 10:1 extract. - FIBRE SUPPLEMENTS FOR WOMEN & MEN – Psyllium, also known as Ispaghula, is a form of soluble fibre made from the husks of Plantago Ovata seeds. It is commonly used for digestive health as it's considered bulk-forming —it absorbs liquid in the intestines to create a more liquid-like stool that’s easier to pass. - PSYLLIUM HUSK CAPSULES WITH ACIDOPHILUS – Our unique fiber supplements formula contains 2 million CFU of acidophilus per two capsule serving, there are 60 servings per bottle which will last up to two months. - SAFETY, PURITY & QUALITY ASSURED – All New Leaf vitamins and nutritional supplements undergo rigorous post-production testing for heavy metals and unwanted compounds to ensure purity, safety, and full regulatory compliance. Our supplements are then bottled and packaged in BRC certified facilities, maintaining the highest standards of quality control, responsible manufacturing, and product integrity. - TRUSTED PREMIUM SUPPLEMENTS – New Leaf Products is a family-owned brand specialising in expertly formulated vitamins and mineral supplements, offering over 100 high-quality nutritional supplements designed to support everyday health and wellbeing.
