It should not be used under the broiler. **Q: What are the dimensions of each of these pans?** A: The 2 Piece Set consists of 1 Half Sheet Pan 13" x 18" and 1 Quarter Sheet Pan 9" x 13" **Q: Are these dishwasher safe?** A: It says it’s dishwasher safe but it would be safer to just hand wash them with warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly to prevent rust. **Q: Because the surface is textured & not flat, will cookie bars' base layer that is pressed into the pan stick into the crevices & not be easily removed?** A: I haven't tried that but these pans bake everything evenly; the bottom of cookies are the same light color as the tops with being thoroughly done. When this texture on pans is done; things bake beautifully. I use parchment paper on mine for cookies.
