Approximately 24 inches in Diameter, our Lotus Panel Recled Teak Inlay Round 60 centimeter Diameter with Eco Friendly Natural Water-based Black Stain Natural Wax Finish, is a detailed carving of the Lotus theme in a smaller round size. Several recycled rough-hewn Recled Teak planks from old dwellings and community buildings are joined together and then carved as a single unit. Use several of the same or other shapes to create a unique wall pattern or high light a space. Finished in Eco Friendly Natural Water-based Black Stain Natural Wax, each piece is hand carved out of recled and recycled old teak wood selected to match as close as possible in thickness and colorations. Stained black with Eco Friendly Natural Water-based non toxic stain and then sanded so the natural Recled Teak shows through. This truly elegant and unique piece is then waxed in Eco Friendly Natural Wax. Each piece is truly unique and variations in wood color are evident, although the carvers strive to make as close a match as possible before starting. Still the colors will vary naturally just like the trees the wood came from many years before. Although they do not perfectly match in thickness the design is carved in such a way as to match closely from panel to panel. Sizes are approximate. After each Eco Friendly Art piece is carved, kiln dried, sanded, and finished,they are packaged with cartons from recycled cardboard with no plastic or other fillers. As this is a natural product, the color and grain of your piece of sustainable wood functional art with eco friendly finish will be completely unique, and may include small checks or cracks that occur when the wood is dried. Sizes are approximate. Products could have visible marks from tools used, patches from small repairs, knot holes, natural inclusions, and/or worm holes. There may be various separations or cracks on your piece when it arrives. There may be some slight variation in size, color, texture, and finish color.
