**Q: Is the black/blue for men only or is it unisex?**
A: All of these are unisex.

**Q: Does this work well for freestyle lap swimming? I'm concerned about whether it would restrict that type of arm movement.**
A: I don't find that the one I have restricts arm and leg movement at all. It fits tightly enough to use under a wetsuit but is very stretchy.

**Q: Could the XS fit a 12 years old 96lb girl?   Thanks!**
A: Even an XS might be too big for a 12 yr old. I have a S that fits me well (5’5” 135-140). I am very happy with it if you can find the right size - it makes a wetsuit very easy to get off & on.

**Q: can be used in swimming competitions or suitable only for water sports and diving?**
A: Swimming competition requirements for uniforms and clothing vary depending on the type of competition.
