Review: After 6 months of use, failure products - Delivered on time. Product package was not good, delivered carton box damaged on 2 edges. There was no protective box for that item. Kindly note this electrical goods should have additional protection. Product working fine and delivered as committed. Superb. After 6 months of purchase, suddenly stop working on this product, they said 1 year warranty but 6 only working fine, for earlier purchase from desertcart SMPS was working around 4 years without any issues. But this product after 6 months not working. Kindly advise what should I do? In this scenario not recommended this branded products.

**Q: can we use 4 cc tv channel**
A: Yes

**Q: Can i use this for airtelor Tatasky setup box. Original power adapter rating is 12v 2A.**
A: it will be recommend but for 2amp output you have to take from 2 pair of port from 8 channel SMPS. As each port give maximum of 1.25 ampere only

**Q: If it is 1A each channel then total output should be 8A, why it is given 10A total output?**
A: Each port output 1.25 ampere

**Q: can it supply for DVR also**
A: It will But won't recommend to do. Because it will support to boot up DVR but required power for Hard Disk then it won't detect and doesn't do recording

For DVR required minimum of 12v 2a single port.
