Review: Must have item - Love Milkman powdered 2% milk. I've been using it for several decades. It had been easy to buy it in grocery stores but not now. I am so glad that I can still get it through desertcart. The use by date is about 2 years from the purchase date. I only get 4 packs at a time and normally use that up in less than a year. It is my back up if I am unable to get out to a grocery store. When served chilled, I think that it tastes as good as pasteurized store bought milk. In cereal, coffee or smoothies, you can't tell any difference. The convenience of always having milk available to use is worthwhile. Throughout COVID, it was just about the only milk that I used. During my younger years, my family relied on it for camping trips.

I just tried this because I figured I could keep it for a long time and use it for the few times we have breakfast cereal, making cornbread etc. This works fine. Dissolves easily and surprisingly it tastes pretty good. I’m satisfied.
