**Q: Is this all I have to buy to set this up?  Meaning, I don't need to buy any other parts, dispensers, filters, etc?**
A: O other parts needed. If you are replacing a standard fountain you may need to switch the plumbing up a little. Also make sure you have power as well.

**Q: Is there any way to shut off water flow to the bubbler and still utilize the water bottle filler on this unit?**
A: Sorry, I didn't notice that option.

**Q: Was this supposed to come with the water filling? We received ours with just the bottom bubbler? No top part for filling?**

This model is intended to come with both the bottom water cooler/drinking fountain, as well as the bottle filling station. Please confirm who the seller is and contact them with your Amazon order number so they can track the missing box or make sure that they sent the bottle filling station. **Q: Can I just buy the bottom portion to go with the top I have already purchased, what is compatible?**
A: It depends on the exact model number of the "top portion" that you have already purchased.  You may be able to simply buy the Elkay EZS8L, but I would not recommend buying it UNTIL you have ascertained that it is compatible with your top portion. This is mot for outdoor use. We installed it outside of our neighborhood clubhouse and the pipes froze. Otherwise it works great. The manufacturer helped us to get replacement parts. He said it's not intended for areas where it freezes. We are in Georgia.
