My initial tests -- which I conducted several times -- led me to the conclusion that their compass was off by about ten-degrees; per the request of the Sportneer Customer Satisfaction Team (in the comments section of this review) I intended to send them an e-mail detailing the problem I had with their compass. However before writing/sending their e-mail, I decided to go out and conduct the same tests that I had conducted earlier to test the accuracy of their compass. This time I came up with different results. Perhaps because this compass makes sighting and reading the azimuth so easy, I am mistaking accuracy for inaccuracy (most compasses are only graduated in two degree increments as opposed to one).
