Embarrassing! I didn’t realize when I ordered them that there is only a 30 day return window so now I can’t return them! I live the looks of them and don’t know if I got a faulty pair. I would suggest buying somewhere with a better return policy!!! UPDATE I changed from 1 star to 5 as the company reached out to offer a refund. After writing this review the seller reached out and offered a full refund. My 15 year old daughter asked if we could order another pair as she really liked them and is hoping maybe we just got a shoe with a weak shaft? Once we get the refund we will reorder and see what happens with a new pair as only one of the shoes had a problem.
