I am severely sight impaired and our bathroom is in the basement. This portable toilet is great, as it saves me a difficult trek down two flights of stairs 2 or 3 times during the night. The waste tank is easy to separate and is not too heavy to carry down to the bathroom when it needs emptying. The only slightly negative comment I can make is that it is a bit low down, but this is solved by putting it on a pouffe, which brings it to the perfect height.I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation to myself, or for anyone who goes camping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but could be better *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 January 2024* This is was good for what I needed it for - a temporary loo while our bathroom was being done. However, I found it hard to disconnect and lift the bottom part away for emptying and there were a couple of spillages - the seal that goes across the bottom tank doesn't seem watertight so you have to keep it horizontal and carry carefully. (I don't know how people carry this any distance to empty - it's heavy with the flush water etc.) I am not sure how to get it fully clean now that I've finished with it - there are lots of corners inside where germs will hide. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 September 2023* A very sturdy camping WC for any emergency.I brought it primarily to help out when I had builder in the house, so they wouldn’t keep stopping work every time a family member needed a bathroom break. However it makes a great second WC downstairs in a bedroom for the elderly. It is easy to empty and mort comfortable than a commode chair and it doesn’t smell when used. ## Frequently Bought Together - DARTMOOR Portable Camping Toilet, 10L Flushable Toilet, Outdoor Travel Toilet for Camper Campervan Caravan Boat, Porta Potty Toilet Mobile Cassette Toilet Luggable Loo with Air Pressure Pump - Pro-Kleen Organic Caravan Toilet Chemical Fluid Rinse Green Solution Cleaner 2L for Caravan and Motorhomes - Eco-Friendly, Formaldehyde Free - 2 Litres - Pro-Kleen Blue Toilet Chemical Fluid Solution Cleaner 2L for Caravan and Motorhomes - Eco-Friendly, Formaldehyde Free - Upto 20 Treatments - 2 Litres --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/293189328-dartmoor-portable-camping-toilet-with-10l-flushable-tank-outdoor-travel](https://www.desertcart.us/products/293189328-dartmoor-portable-camping-toilet-with-10l-flushable-tank-outdoor-travel) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
