Nothing ruins a turkey hunt faster than a few lubricating rain drops on a friction call. You'll have to add a rubber band to the paddle if you want to gobble. Personally I prefer to steal a hair tie as they are elastic and wont deteriorate, stretch, or break like a rubber band. I would've given this 5 stars however one side of the call was too high pitched but with some adjustment and use it broke in quick. The call is loud and clear. Well built and sturdy. Wallace are not too thin. Not outrageously expensive compared to other box calls. I've hunted with primos box calls for 20 years and I'm glad to add this to my turkey vest. Would reccomend. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Does not sound that great *by R***. on Reviewed in the United States on 19 June 2022* Hunting in Washington I always anticipate some rainy and wet days, which is why I was excited to add this call to my arsenal.Well…that excitement was short lived when I used it. Sounds nothing like my slate, mouth, or other box calls. Has a very high tone that I just could not get to change regardless of pressure or approach angles.
