In my defense, the thing had a bead loosely glued on for a nose and my kid insisted on taking it to bed with her. She is still "mouthy" at 24 months so I ripped the nose off so she couldn't bite it off and choke on it. I didn't think she'd notice. I was wrong. Unfortunately she has an incredible memory and didn't forget this unforgivable offense on my part for several days. Until I presented her with this adorable little puppy to snuggle instead. Then I was able to sneak the nose-less animal into the garbage without her noticing. Now I don't have to listen to her whine about a missing nose.
