As mine wore out over time, I searched for another one just like it. I couldn’t find one. So, I purchased pillow after pillow, without much success of finding one that supported my neck as well as the Sleep Innovations one did. Much to my surprise, I was looking on desertcart and found it again! I bought the standard size. Now, this one doesn’t seem to be a firm as the ones I had long ago, but I still love it! I find the older I get (I’m 66), the softer I like my bed and pillow! The softness helps to cushion my body. My pillow did not have any oder to it upon unboxing it. This pillow is supportive, yet soft enough to be comfortable. Since comfort is determined by the beholder, you will have to decide for yourself.
