I purchase many varieties from this brand and I’ve never been disappointed. Cooked well, the pasta has bite and it holds a lot of flavour from the sauce. Inferior products can go mushy, floppy and the sauce can’t cling to it. This Ditaloni was purchased for my 3 year old. He loves pasta and giving different varieties makes sure he never gets bored (and it tastes different being smaller I swear!) Not as small as Ditali, so it doesn’t take forever to eat. The pasta is ridged, so the sauce clings well even with oily sauces and makes it taste so much better - nothing worse than all the sauce falling off and eating tasteless pasta! It’s really versatile as well, can be used in a variety of dishes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Good price, quick delivery, really good product.

My family is Italian, I have spent a lot of time in Italy eating amazing food which is difficult to recreate here in the UK. Since my local Italian delicatessen closed a few years ago, I’ve been unable to buy Ditaloni other than on Amazon. Superb quality; cooks to personal taste / requirements and nice texture once served - great for Pasta e Fagioli (old family recipe). Absolute value for money.
