Most small frame revolvers may go a little too deep into the pouch, but you should be able to remedy this by adjusting how tight you tighten the band and how you adjust your pants/shorts over the band. You may or may not want or need to use the retention strap either. I carry a Sig P226 MK25 and never use the retention strap. Depending upon how accessible I would like the pistol grip, I simply adjust how I wear the band and how my pant waistband sits over it. **Q: How con it be used for lrft hand without turning it upside down? Then you have to try to attach it in the back??** A: There’s no need to turn it upside side. What makes our holster unique is that there are Left & Right barrel exits. You simply rotate the holster in any postion you desire. We have pictures that demonstrates this. **Q: How is the holster attached to the belt? Does it swivel?** A: The holster is an integrated pocket in the belly band aka belt. There is not a separate holster, thus it does not swivel. The pocket being integrated into the band helps keep your weapon closer to your body which improves concealment. It will hold a wide range of pistols. I can carry my Glock 17 9mm in it or my Beretta Pico 380. Very versatile. The larger frame guns do print a little if your not wearing loose clothing. Much better than cheap, narrow belly bands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Realistic expectations *by J***A on September 15, 2025* If you by this holster I think you need to have some realistic expectations for this holster. First the Pros are: 1.) it is a comfortable holster to wear out and about. I’m 6’ tall, 200 lbs and have a little bit of pudge but find that the holster fits comfortably and does not cause me to have to continuously adjust my pants because of holster sag. 2.) It is versatile as far as positioning. In the summer I wear it with my main carry at my back. It allows for more concealment and little to no outline. Winter I wear it appendix style. 3.) additional mags are easily carried. 4.) value is good. 5.) your carry item holds well. Though not having a hard trigger guard can be a little concerning at times. The only con I see with this holster is this is not a quick draw holster, if that’s what you’re looking for. This is a “I can carry comfortably with little notice and have protection on me where ever I go should something go down near me.” kinda holster. It’s not that it takes forever to draw but depending on the location of your EDC and height of the belt you may need a few extra seconds to draw.
