As a man, this has been working so far, and my face feels much better after using it once a week in the shower. I'd advise using a moisturiser after the shower, though, as I have dry skin, and scrubs make it a bit flaky. The only thing I'd say is that its scrubbing agent, the coffee grounds, have quite a strong smell, and the mix with the tea tree gives an odd scent. But since you're supposed to rinse it off and wash your face afterwards, it's not a bother. The grains work well as a scrub, much better than other chemical solutions.
