However, I was getting REALLY depleted and I was taking a prenatal that just weren't getting the job done. These, for the short time I've had them, have been really great! My brain fog has started to lift, I'm less tired from vitamin deficiencies and overall I just feel better. My milk supply was fine before but it really seems like this has helped, my baby is very happy with that. I never really thought about postnatals before now, wish I had, but better late than never. Flavor is what you'd expect from a multivitamin, not much you can do about that and the pills are a fairly decent size, so one at a time but overall it's worth it.

I love it it makes me more energetic, and helped with my mood and with my headaches I was getting. I’m 15months postpartum and I’ve been taking this since I was 12 months postpartum since I’m still breastfeeding and pumping. Update: please check best by dates! My last order on these was delivered in may and it has April expiration date. I didn’t realize until I was almost done with the bottle.
