They feel nice and cold going on which feels great in this hot and humid summer time. These have a lot of liquid with them. They do stay in place. The directions state after leaving on for 10 minutes minimum to remove the sheet and leave the liquid on and to tap it to absorb. There was way too much liquid so I gently blooded way most of it. I let the rest soak in after doing the patting action. I did not have any reactions. There are five different kinds of masks and you get two of each. No complaints.
