Also wore my 20-30 mmhg compression socks. This product did absolutely nothing for the appearance of the hemosiderin staining if that's what you THINK it will do based on what the info on this page says. Even light staining on my feet remains completely there after almost 7 months of using this cream 3 times in 24 hrs everyday. And I'll save you even MORE money... HORSE CHESTNUT cream another such product on desertcart doesn't do anything either for hemosiderin staining - used 2 bottles of that also before this cream. As a moisturizer this product is entry level and not worth the money as far far richer moisturizers are available such as DERMAL THERAPY for $20 less and you get more. I'm not saying "snake oil" but.... I'll let my application routine vs lack of results above speak as to the value of this product I experienced.

**Q: Is it removing hemosiderin staining?**
A: Yes, AMERIGEL Care Lotion is recommended for minimizing the appearance of hemosiderin staining.  

The fast-absorbing formulation bonds with the accumulated iron particles below the skin's surface that cause the discoloration then breaks down these trapped iron deposits to allow the body to naturally reabsorb the smaller iron particles. This process continues with every application of AMERIGEL Care Lotion and until the deposits have been fully dissolved.  

The length of time required for the hemosiderin stains to dissipate can vary based on location, the amount of accumulated iron deposits, and blood flow.  For best results, it is recommended to apply AMERIGEL Care Lotion to the affected area, 2-3 times a day.

**Q: Did the lotion you ordered have an expiry date on the box or the product? I ordered 3 and all they had was a sticker with the Lot#.**
A: The AMERIGEL® Care Lotion is not manufactured with an expiration date because it's considered to be more of a cosmetic product.

I fall often, and bruise easily. This cream is truly awesome. My arms look better and bruising is almost gone. But you have to continue using it. I stopped for about a week, and bruising started again.

The cure for iron staining. My iron infusion went wrong and I googled so much in how to get rid of the stain. The doctor suggested laser tattoo removal, however not whilst you are breastfeeding. Then I found this! It works so well! The two photos are one year apart. It has almost completely gone.
