### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Pill, A Little Pricey Though

The Good: My doctor first turned me onto this supplement as a way to maintain my heart function. I have a degenerative muscle condition and this drug is the only known supplement that has shown to slow muscle loss, so I’m always looking for new methods of absorption. The product is very straightforward, and I like opening up the bottle to see such little smooth oblong pills which were easy to take. Like little white skittles. Just like with other forms and brands, I noticed no day-to-day improvements, but I have not noticed any adverse effects which is all I can hope for. No weird burps, no indigestion, happy Hammy.The Bad: This bottle was a little expensive compared to their competitors. For the price, I would have expected a count closer to 100, not 60 which will barely last me two months. Also, I didn’t like that the pills were incased in gelatin. I try to avoid gelatin wherever I can because I don’t like my vitamins served with a side of horse hoof. Seriously, there are so many alternatives these days, there’s no good reason it should be a necessary ingredient.Pros:-Goes down smooth-No weird vitamin burpsCons:-Pricey-Horse hoofsBuy again:-Probably not after discovering the gelatin, but if they threw in a few extra pills and started using animal-friendly casing, I’d definitely be back.If you have any questions about this product, feel free to message me.*If this review has helped you in any way, please click the YES button below. CoQ10 has been recognized as an antioxidant, energy enhancer, immunity booster and something that promotes cardiovascular health. Since I'm now old enough to qualify for AARP, I'm noticing more quirks with my aging body. It was suggested to take CoQ10 by my doctor and it has helped some in the past. I don't seem to catch what goes around as much and my blood pressure is doing OK. I'm thrilled that so far I'm not on any dr. prescribed meds yet, so I guess the CoQ10 is doing its job.Purely Holistic brand of CoQ10 contains 240 small softgels that contain 100 mg each. When you open the bottle you will notice an odd smell but there is no taste nor is there any kind of an aftertaste later after taking them. This bottle has enough for approximately 8 months and is made in the USA following Good Manufacturing Practices.The Purely Holistic brand contains NO artificial flavor, GMO's additives, artificial ingredients, preservatives, Stearates, or Silicon dioxide. For those on restrictive diets, these Softgels DO NOT CONTAIN artificial sweeteners, sugar, starch, milk lactose gluten wheat, yeast, fish and they are sodium free.
