The CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Grip Weight Plates are one of the best, most essential and flexible gym training equipment used to perform various types of exercise routines. Made of solid cast iron and a black baked enamel finish ensure a Durable product that won’t chip or rust. The machined hole ensures the weights will fit any Olympic bar with a 2-inch sleeve diameter. The raised silver numbers help to easily identify each weight size and the 3-hole grip design allows for easy and safe handling while loading and unloading weights. Weight plates are Versatile and can be used for strength training and endurance training, while also helping to increase flexibility and balance. A single weight plate can also be used for warm-up exercises. These weights are available in 2.5, 5, 10, 25 and 45 lbs. Each weight sold separately.

For those who are concerned about the sticker that says that chemicals cause cancer, don't fret, California requires that warning on pretty much any material known to man, so you can find that sticker on almost any item imaginable. Because yes, everything causes cancer if you eat it or smell it when you aren't supposed to. If you got a defective or one, please realize it might just be one defective one, not all of them. Once I have used these for a prolonged period, I will update my review. COVID has caused prices on all gym and workout equipment to go up because of gym closures, so bear that in mind when you're going to complain about the price of these. Shipping for my order took about 2 weeks, but they were well-packaged. I know this is a product review, but hopefully it gives you a realistic idea of what to expect.
