I don’t really have any back rolls but if I did then the thickness of the band would absolutely smooth them out. The straps and band adjust exactly as much as I need them to. 8/10 on material. The mesh does cover the entire cup so the material is not super nice or soft to feel but the inside of the cups and the straps feel comfortable.
