This product is white and matches the outside of my sash perfectly. Does not require any painting of The White surface. Once this product hardens and is sanded your repair is finished. A suggestion for the manufacturer is to provide more product for the price. Contents in the tube does not go very far if you're doing a couple of repairs

**Q: People who have painted over the filler, not stained, how did it work out for you?**
A: It works very well but you have to sand it smooth before painting it and it will take.  I usually give it about anywhere from a half hour to an hour depending on the amount that I use to allow for drying time.

**Q: Can I cover this product once it is dry with a polyurethane water base?**
A: Absolutely

**Q: How much product will I need for a crack in a tabletop that is 1/3” wide, 18” long and 11/4” deep?**
A: Maybe 3 tubes

**Q: I have a small gash in my laminated wood floor.  Will this fill the gash and then dry hard?**
A: Yes if deep enough! Also color is a factor! Let
Dry 24 hrs, then sand with 220 or finer sand paper!

This wood filler is GREAT! It dries white, doesn’t shrink, and doesn’t need to be sanded. If you let it dry a couple of minutes, then wet your finger and wipe it and follow up with a damp paper towel, you will not have to sand the area and because it is white, you will not need to touch most of the areas up!
