So I ended up with a 5lb package of plain ramen noodles that I divided up into 8oz packages and froze and I am trying to replicate the seasoning packet that came with the yakisoba noodles I like. Well I tried this and it wasn’t salty or spicy enough so I’m going to try adding more next time because maybe I just didn’t use enough but then I am thinking about adding other spices and seasonings to get the salty and spicy flavors but I don’t know oriental seasonings that well so it’s a shot in the dark kinda. It’s a great value if I can make it work. The ingredients are high quality. The quantity to use isn’t anywhere on the package. There are literally no directions. Maybe I can go to chat got or hit up grok on X to see how he likes his noodles. It’s a work in progress. For now I’m just going to try adding more of the seasoning as I’m cooking and see where that gets me before I go all crazy experimenting. This review may change as my recipe evolves.
