This is the first time buying organic Italian pasta, and I must say we were very happy.  The taste and texture were wonderful, and it didn't give you that bloated feeling like normal pastas here.  This will definitely be our go to brand from now on.  Now we'll have to try their other products, which I'm sure won't dissapoint us.

Amazon delivered this pasta in a plastic mailer bag. The pasta arrived broken which is not the way to eat bow tie pasta. For the amount of money spent on this delicate product you would think Amazon would box it up properly. The pasta is delicious however. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing this again.
