A: Its hard to tell. I would say the gloves should fit her fine, but if not I would go with the 12 oz.

A: It depends on what type of sparring you're doing. You'll want 16 oz gloves if you plan on doing heavy sparring -- it doesn't matter what size you are; that's not how boxing gloves work.

Bought 12oz gloves, they weigh 11oz, very poor quality, clearly fake, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUM. Too much grief to send them back. Lesson learnt i guess.
