A: No, this tent does not have screens and will not protect from insects. The ends of the canopy are wide open. The sides have panels that roughly clip into the structure. Shade or cover purposes only.

**Q: Is it 10 feet tall or 6.5 feet picture shows both**
A: It's about 8 feet tall at the top of the arch, when erected.

**Q: can this be use as a rainfly?**
A: absolutely！This tent is very suitable for a canopy and rainfly.

**Q: How tall is this in the center, is it 6ft like the edges or as a customer stated in another question 8ft?**
A: It must be 8 ft in the center. I'm 6 ft tall and can easily stand straight. I believe I need to duck a bit to walk in from the side.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Performs Well in Wind and Rain
*by on Reviewed in the United States 19 October 2021*

I bought the Hasika Tunnel tent because two friends each have one and I have seen both tents perform in high winds and big rain over the course of a total of 15 days of use. The tent is perfect coverage over a picnic table or to create a shaded/protected seating area. A friend has brought his tent to the beach two years in a row for a 5-7 day camping adventure. The tent is great over two picnic tables placed end to end. There isn't a center support which would preclude other canopies from going over a picnic table. There is tons of wind at the beach and with the right military or sand stakes and the guy lines that come with the ten, the tent just sways in the wind under big gusts. We never put the sides down at the beach so I can't speak to how the tent performs in high wind with the sides down. Alternatively, I have seen the Hasika Tunnel tent perform well in rain. In this case, the tent was placed at the end of the pop up over the rear kitchen on a tear drop camper and all of the sides were down. The tent remained waterproof during the deluge. The only problem (unavoidable) is that water pooled under the tent due to drainage limitations of the site. These tents are not always in stock, so after seeing the tent perform over a two-year timeframe, I bought one when they were recently back in stock. Cannot wait to use it. Ideally this tent needs three people to set it up, but once you have done it once or twice, it gets easier. It is a little like an octopus when it first comes out of the bag. However, the bottom webbing gives the tent a great structure when it is set up. The other added bonus is that this Tunnel is unique and people will stop by your campsite to learn about it. You'll probably make new friends if you buy one!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost 5 stars! Love this tent!
*by on Reviewed in the United States 13 July 2022*

I purchased this tent to use as a canopy to park my car under for car camping. It was perfect! Set up for the first time was a bit challenging, and definitely took 2 people, but I have no doubt it will be easier the next time. The tent was sturdy, the material was decent, and the poles were completely adequate. I feel like it was great value for the money compared to other canopies. And it is so unique and perfect for what I wanted to use it for. The only issue was the zipper closure on the end. I agree with other reviews of it being flimsy and useless. I was able to get the enclosure zipped up, but the zipper would get off track and leave small gaps. I wanted to open it for airflow, but was afraid I wouldn’t get it zipped up again. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars. All the complaints that I’ve read are easy fixes with a little patience and practice. I figured out how to roll the flaps up without sagging on the ends, how to use the extra rope provided to hang tapestries, lights, and a clothesline, and how to get it back into the bag easily. The tent provided me with excellent shade and privacy. I used it at a festival setting, and everyone stopped and asked about it and asked where to get one! Made lots of new friends!

### ⭐ Let me tell you about this farce of a "tent"
*by on Reviewed in the United States 17 October 2023*

So I bought this tent for a Land Rover off-roading rally basicall for "glamping." The intent was to put up, back my Rover into it so I could have the tailgate open and access to power/my stuff. I laid down a cloth mat to use as a floor and put my folding hammock stand on top of it.Upon opening it, the instruction were on top. I added a photograph of them to this review. They were absoultely worthless. To start, two of the tent poles elastic paracord cores were snapped right out of the package, rendering them somewhat useless to fold up and made it harder to insert into the tent slots. So I after 20-30 minutes, I got the poles in and it was time to raise them up and put them in the pole mounts. That was relatively easy, but that's also where the easy part of this tent ended. I was doing this alone, and had to ask for help to finish setting it up. the instructions say nothing about the guy lines or how to use them—or even where to mount them—so a person more experienced than me attached the guy lines to the back panes of the tent and we raised it from there. There are cloth straps on the bottom of the tent to help you space the poles out correctly so the doors/portals close appropriately because they're held on with velcro and not snaps or zippers. So we got the tent up and all eight guy lines attached. I have attached another picture of that. However the wind picked up that night and blew the tent over. At 4 a.m. I was forced to wake up, exit the tent, and re-tighten the guy lines. That got me through the first night. The tent took the wind for the rest of the day with perodic tightening of the guy lines again. During the second night, the wind got worse and pulled up all the tent stakes, and tore off some of the guy lines. So i just slept under a collapsed tent because I was over it.When it came time to put it away, I first removed the poles (which took 30 minutes alone due to the broken ones) and the thing went airborne, only being held to the ground by four guy lines. So I untied the remaining guy lines, but the thing was still so big and had enough lift on it that I couldn't fold it. So I just ended up stuffing it in my bag and folded it at home on my patio where there was no wind.Folding it is also another process. The bag is nearly a perfect fit for a factory-folded tent, so I had to lay it out and fold it thrice before I could get it back into that little bag. The method I used was to place the tent on the ground upside down, then fold it in half, fold it in half again, and then again. I then rolled as tight as possible from both sides, meeting in the middle. That's how I got it back in the bag.If used on a non-windy day this tent is a 3/5 due to the velcro door flaps not fitting together very well and the difficulty setting it up. On a windy day this tent is a 0/5.Does it look good and fit an SUV into the front for glamping? Yes. But I see more use for it as a tent for a backyard picnic or get together than camping as long as there is little to no wind.Want to return it because it is so bad and came broken. I suggest reading this review twice and other reviews on this product before buying. I got it on sale at $139 instead of the $169 full price and I still paid too much based on my experience with this product.
