(Not sure they even offered the black at that time.) They seemed to run large and were floppy and awkward, although very serviceable. They also faded unevenly over time and, all in all, just didn't look very swank. Time for a replacement. This time we bought the black, one size smaller. Perfect fit,, very trim. Hoping they will not fade, but if they do they will be much better with our light gray house than the brown / tan. The handles are great, as is the sturdy fabric, elastic bottoms (good in snow), very waterproof. Lightweight, stores easily in a flip top garden bench when the chairs are in use. Terrific price! Very satisfied. Review: These are Terrific! - I love these chair covers. They are terrific. They are heavy duty and they secure to the patio furniture extremely well. Bought my first set last year to cover Adirondack chairs that are too heavy to bring down to the basement and have been very impressed with the material, the fit, the thickness, and the water resistance of the covers. I purchased more Adirondack chairs this year so I needed to buy more covers. Highly recommend. ## Features - General to fit patio chair size up to 28"(W)x30"(D). - Made of 600D polyester canvas complex with waterproof backing. Can this cover stay on permanently without being removed?** A: Absolutely. That’s exactly what it’s designed for. It’s highly breathable to allow air circulation when left on long-term, preventing heat and moisture buildup. Just inspect it after extreme weather. It’s hassle-free, all-year protection. **Q: Are there different color options for the cover? Does color affect protection?** A: We mainly offer dark-colored covers, which provide better UV protection, stain resistance, and long-lasting good looks. Protection performance is not affected by color—all colors use the same multi-layer protective construction. **Q: What if the size doesn’t fit or there’s a quality issue?** A: We recommend sizing up rather than down. A slightly larger cover is easier to secure and offers better overall protection. If you have any material or quality issues, we’ll assist you promptly. **Q: How do I clean a dirty cover? Is machine washable?** A: For daily cleaning, wipe or rinse with water. For tough stains, gently scrub with mild detergent and air dry completely before storage.Machine washing is not recommended, as it may damage the waterproof coating. No tumble dry or bleach. **Q: What are our advantages compared to other brands?** A: Our cover provides complete protection with waterproof, fade-resistant, and windproof performance. It features high-density fabric with double-stitched seams and rust-resistant hardware. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT! *by K***. on July 16, 2026* We purchased these a few years ago, one size larger and in brown for a set of 4 iron patio chairs with removable cushions.
