I use it with my flat grill and its excellent. I cook a lot outdoors and this bad boy just has been a big help. It makes turning loose items like grilled onions so much easier than a restaurant style spatula. The edges have the correct amount of grind on them that allows you you to get under grilled food easily. Because spatulas like this are short it might be a little hard on your BBQ grill to reach the back parts of your grill without getting your arm toasty.
