So I would say they were not made correctly . This is the first time since 2003 that i have had trouble with them . I have used 134 books. **Q: There are 10 books included for this price, correct?** A: No i only got one book **Q: can these be personalized?** A: Yes they can but it would be considered a custom order. Would have to be quoted. Usually custom orders are 3 x that of stock items.
