Unfortunately they began to tear on a strap. I then reached out to warranty support and they had a replacement pair out in days.The first pair was rigid on the outer shell and didn't mold around my skinny shins the best. The Velcro is easy to adjust and holds firmly. I walk around a lot in them and I have to say that other than being hot when you are outdoors they are just about perfect. Far, far better than the more basic knee pads.
