Review: Love this coffee! - This coffee tastes (and smells) even better than I had hoped. Deep, rich, and almost sweet, with no burnt fragrance or aftertaste for a dark roast. I ground some of the beans as soon as I opened the package, and the smell was fantastic. I was concerned that the higher caffeine content would add a bitter taste, and it does not. The taste is excellent. However, this coffee is not for the faint of heart or caffeine sensitive people, and just use your brain about how much you have and when. I'm excited about making some batches of cold brew with this. Should be really smooth and strong. I also make coffee ice cream with full fat coconut milk, and I think I'm gonna like that a lot, too. Even though I shop on desertcart sometimes, I like supporting small American companies when possible, and this coffee is at a great price, so this is a winner all the way around. This review was not influenced by anyone in any way. I bought this coffee on my own at full price, and I plan on buying more of this in the future.

Awhile back I ran out of coffee beans and didn't have any for the next day. It was the middle of the night and I was at the 24hr market, so I didn't have many choices. They had a few bags of the Knee Buckling Espresso whole beans, so I figured I'd try it out. Better than going without!! Glad I ran out of beans that day. This has been my goto coffee bean for awhile. Nice flavor with little acidity or bitterness. My family has touted my caps, cortados, lattes and Americanos as some of the best they've had. That's a pretty tall order for the coffee snobs in my family. For an every day espresso at a good price, this is hard to beat.
