It comes on a stretch band which is great because he cannot see to buckle a wrist band.There are 2 reasons I didn’t give the watch 5 stars.1. You need to put the watch on a window sill at night for the watch to communicate with the atomic clock at Ft Collin’s. At night is when my husband needs the watch the most.2. We live in an area that doesn’t change time.
