Neoflam Support Team **Q: Will these get knife marks easily and do they stain from food?** A: Mine does get very faint knife marks- hard to see unless you look closely and it has not been stained by foods that we chop that normally would stain. **Q: Are these made in USA?** A: I no longer have the packaging that they came in after months of use, but I'd imagine that it's safe to say.....NO **Q: how thick is each one?** A: Not very thick: ~ 1/3 inch. That said, it is very sturdy. Does not move on the counter even though it is lightweight, compared to my previous one. I'm very happy with it. Wipes off easily, doesn't stain. But these are something else. I use the small cutting board every day for most veggies. The medium cutting board I use for larger veggies and meat. Both sit clean almost daily in my family's drying rack, seeing constant use. This set has seriously upped my cutting game and allowed for a much tidier kitchen. Now my family can use only the size cutting board that is needed at any given time. The largest cutting board sits in a cabinet. I suspect we'll need it for special occasions like Thanksgiving. Since these boards are plastic, they've gotten marked up quite a bit but held up well. The juice channel and anti-slip underside don't stand out much seem to make for a more solid product. The antimicrobial coating offers some peace of mind, but we still always clean these boards with soap and water.
