The only two draw backs are the size of the facial mask is too big OR perhaps there should be 2 sizes and secondly water quantity is very less, should be at least double for longer use and safety. Other wise it is a very good product if used properly. I used it for both, as a Facial cleanser and also inhaler for continuous 20 minutes and found no issues. I have 2 more similar products at home which I cannot use because of issues like HI temperature, no indicator light to confirm it is on/off, too much time for heating-12 minutes, I need to use towel to hold the escaping heat.
