This process has caused my teeth sensitivity to approach excruciating levels, even if I skip nights between wearing the trays with the bleach gel, so I had to find something. My dentist gave me something called Mi Paste, and while this product is probably good, it did not do much for immediately relieving sensitivity. After searching online I found that Colgate Gel Kam had excellent reviews for treating sensitivity so I ordered some with two day free desertcart Prime shipping. Thankfully I received it in one day. This stuff is amazing! I'm surprised that no other company seems to offer a similar product and that they do not sell this in stores (yes I know it can be special ordered, but the only reason I would by something at a store is so I don't have to wait for shipping). I will probably be using this for the rest of my life, and that isn't a complaint because it's either that or deal with the awful sensitivity which I could feel just from breathing in through my mouth. First I brush the teeth with the Gel-Kam. Then I use the fluoride rinse. DDS says teeth stronger and gums better than they have ever been. **Q: What is the expiration date?** A: Fluoride does not expire. The reason toothpaste states do not swallow or contactthe poison control center is due to the soap in it, sls, not the very small fluoride amount.
