**Q: How tight does the strap have to be for it to work?**
A: I keep mine fairly tight, but my nurse recommended switching out to different masks during the day, so as not to leave demarcation lines. This one is comfortable and very adjustable, so just Velcro it as tight or as loose as you want it.

… wearing this regularly, I think I can say it does something. Mot that it snatches your jaw back to looking 30 again, but overall my face looks a bit more rested maybe? It does hurt when used to tied, it also is supposed to be worn in a specific direction only, so same like a t shirt wouldn’t sit well if put on the wrong way, this will also not fit well if used the wrong site. Eventually one figures out the correct way, that’s when the earlops fit perfectly and it holds up like a glove to your face.
