Usually I’d crash by 1 in the afternoon but with this I feel great all day. No crashing. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days so I’ll update this in a month. But I can’t say enough about it so far. Just give it a try. This is a must. I’m a 45 yr old female going through pre menopause and omg I’m over it lol. I also have breast implant Illness and I’m waiting to have them removed. These help A LOT. No more fatigue, no most feeling exhausted 1/2 way through my day, I feel like I’m finally starting to balance my system back to where it should be.
