My Sugar is an example. She has been able to unlock her cage repeatedly, though I've used several different locks. I don't want one with a key as I might lose it. A combination lock presents problems as well. This lock works perfectly, though Sugar has given her talents much exercise trying to unlock this, with no success. It's simple and effective for my purpose, My only problem is I lost the smaller part, darn it. When I get another I'll attach the "pin" to the lock with a piece of safe-for-my-bird-wire.
