But I get it. They’re sweetened to perfection so that you could melt them and dip things in them and you’re ready to go. Milk chocolate has a lot of oxalates and I’m trying to go as low oxalate as possible and white chocolate does not have oxalates. So I’m exploring more of the white chocolate options. I would preferred a no sugar added white chocolate chips so I will keep looking, but these are actually amazing and it’s quite a large bag.
