My hair is smooth, glossy and silky to touch and definitely more manageable.If you keep the conditioner on as long as possible, especially putting loads on wet hair, then wrap your whole head in foil then put cling film on top- sit and watch nighttime tv for a couple of hours, then rinse- amazing!
