It would be nice if the included template was made of cardboard (vs being part of the paper instruction sheet), but not that big of a deal. Relatively easy to install if you are comfortable cutting a hole in your floor. Easy to adjust the height of the outlet in the floor to make sure it presses up tightly against the outlet. If using a jigsaw, I find it best to cut a small golf-ball sized hole in a larger piece of cardboard to protect the finished floor from marring by the bottom of your jigsaw, although it could just be my jigsaw that likes to scratch up things. One note that I think others have also mentioned: it takes a great deal of force/leverage to open the cover. Maybe this gets more loose with time, but as we just installed them it takes a screwdriver to open the flap.
