We’re now two weeks in and have started using it every other night and just rubbing it into his legs (this is due to him getting a slight rash on his back from the cream). But even only using it every other night it still does the job perfectly, we’ve noticed a massive change in his mood as he’s finally getting a decent night sleep and so are my husband and I!
