We were very impressed with them. Very, very little rain seeped in. In fact, only had to use a paper towel to wife it up. The only thing I’d recommend, depending the length of your water tube, is if driveway slopes a little away from the garage door you’ll need to place something in front of the tub so it doesn’t roll away. I only used one driveway paver for each 8ft section and each stay in place during the hurricane. I'd go for two 6 ft length pieces instead. 12 ft is too hard to move around with it filled. **Q: I need at least 36 feet of barrier, what would you recommend (4 inches in height). Also, can you link several units together to create a effective barrier? Thanks.** A: Best bet would be to go with a 24 foot and a 12 foot HydraBarrier Standard (4" high when filled). These two barriers can be connected using a HydraBarrier link which connects two HydraBarrier's. **Q: does it work with Saltwater?** A: Yes, it’s durable enough to handle just about any type of water. **Q: Will this work on top of dirt, I see all these pictures and it’s against concrete or blocks.** A: I used it on dirt and it worked fine.
