A friend gave it to me to read, I don't even think I was fully finished with it before I purchased my own copy. Then as soon as I received my copy I gave it to a friend so she could read it. I've actually read it three times, today I finished it in one setting. There is so much valuable information there!! If you have ever wondered how to use oils in the bedroom , or if you struggle with your hormones being out of whack , you have to read this book it is so wonderfully written and the amount of information in the book is so worth it. I'm thinking about giving it as Christmas presents next year LOL. It's the gift that keeps on giving!! I feel like this book has brought my husband and I so much closer together. There are testimonies and recipes in the back. Loads of useful information, it's mostly written in innuendo so it's a pretty funny read. I read it in one morning and have gone back to it daily while deciding which oils I would like to purchase, and how I want to use them.
