Review: Solid quality doors once assembled - These barn doors had to be assembled, but they are quality wood & solid. Due to the width of my closet, we needed to join the four doors to make two sliding doors. The doors came with wooden plugs that joined them easily while clamped together for the glue to dry and then gave the joined doors stability. I'm very pleased!

These barn doors had to be assembled, but they are quality wood & solid. Due to the width of my closet, we needed to join the four doors to make two sliding doors. The doors came with wooden plugs that joined them easily while clamped together for the glue to dry and then gave the joined doors stability. I'm very pleased!

These doors are fantastic! They require an hour or more to put together, but the pieces were all included and the instructions are easy. Be sure you have some wood glue and clamps on hand when you build them on a flat surface. The quality of the wood is excellent and we hated to paint over them, so we white washed them instead and put a polyurethane over the white wash to protect it and make them washable. These doors are excellent and I would definitely buy them again, if we needed more barn doors.
